Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery - Out today on PS Vita

Released today on the PlayStation Store comes Jacob Jones and the Bigfoot Mystery, a new episodic puzzle adventure for the PS Vita. Created by Lucid Games, a new UK game company formed of former members of Bizarre Creations, the famed creators of hit racing series Project Gotham Racing.

Their new title follows the titular hero, Jacob Jones, a young boy who is spending his summer at Camp Eagle Feather. Rather than the normal summer at camp though, Jacob is going to get more than he bargained for. Something is not right in the camp. The camp counselors don’t exactly seem like normal people, especially when they are in charge of a group of unruly kids. There is also unhealthy desire to make sure all of the camp's young guests are all well fed.

The game is the kind of story driven, puzzler in the vein of the very successful Professor Layton series. Featuring some devilish puzzles and a gorgeous visual style. Having a spent a bit of time playing it tonight, the game is a huge hit with both Little Gamers. They loved every bit of it and with the puzzles we played together all used the touch screen, meaning that even 3yr old Boo was able to get in the action.

Oh did I forget the last selling point... its only £1.59! That's right £1.59. It is an amazing price for an amazing game. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for the next 4 episodes.
