Playstation Plus - February Update

Well after couple of months away, it is time to get TwoLittleGamers back to normal updates. So let's start with a PlayStation Plus update. Song's monthly barrage of free games now extends onto three platforms,  which means I now to get  stack up games for a platform I do not even own (yet!).  As well as not finding the time to play the titles for the platforms I do own. This means my backlog is at a all time high and I am currently working on bringing my "Page of Shame" to the site,  so you can all mock me.

Anyway,  this month PlayStation Plus delivers another fantastic month for subscribers. Starting with PS4 owners,  who can get their hands on horror game,  Outlast from the 5th February.  Outlast is your standard run around an asylum, filled with murderous inmates that has been plunged into total darkness with only a camcorder with a night vision mode to see with. Oh and there is also some kind of supernatural entity out to kill everyone as well.  Think this game had better come with a spare pair of pants! Have a look for yourself.

Playstation 3 owners get two of last year's best first person shooters that did not feature Hummers and the phrase "hoo-hah".  Metro Last Light is the sequel to Metro 2033. Set in a post apocalyptic Moscow, where the survivors have learnt to survive in the Metro underground system. The various factions battle against each other and the mutated creatures from the surface known as dark ones.  The game takes place one year after the first game and you take control of a ranger, who is given a mission to find and kill the last dark one

Bioshock Infinite is the next game to arrive on the instant game collection. One of the most anticipated and best games of 2013,  Bioshock Infinite certainly was one of the most beautiful games.  Colombia was incredible creation and just as mysterious as Rapture.  If you missed this game the first time round, you should play this game.  If only for one of the greatest endings in gaming. Personally, this is my chance to play the DLC, Burial at sea., which takes Booker and Elizabeth to Rapture,  the night before it fell.

Two platforms down and still one to go.  The Vita is starting to run out of titles to shove onto PSPLUS (How about Persona 4 or NFS: Most Wanted.?) and This month sees two launch titles added to the IGC . Dynasty Warriors Next is up first and seeing as I have never played a Dynasty Warriors game,  I am quite looking forward to. From what I understand the game is a beat em up on a massive scale, mainly in the middle of a Battlefield.  With over 60 characters to play with, the fans should last a while.

Modnation Racers: Road Trip is the final game for the February update. A kart racer featuring extensive customisation and level design. Although the lack of a online mode meant that thus fame didn't live up to the promise of the Vita on its launch. Give it a try and see what you think

Finally, it is worth noting that PS4 owners who have not yet grabbed RESOGUN (there may be some) this is your last chance
